Itinerary:
Total distance approx. 8km, flat.

Coal Harbour
We'll meet at the drop-off zone in front of the Vancouver Convention Centre, basically the northern most end of Thurlow - just north of W Cordova.
We will run along the seawall west-bound to Denman and then back.
If there's interest, we can do some strength training along the way, or after we return to the Convention Center.

Running will be 10 & 1s, at about a 9-10km/hour pace.

Dogs must remain on leash.

Layers of clothing for the cooling night.
Proper running shoes
Warm layers for after

headlamp (won't run with it, but in case of need)
