Itinerary:
8 km, mostly flat.
Running 10 & 1's at about a 9-10km/hour pace.

Starting at the Second Beach Pool, we will run counter- clockwise through the south end of the park, past the Lost Lagoon and the Causeway.

We'll cut a bit of distance by turning in towards the Aquarium, and our only bit of hill, and join the seawall at the north end of the through road.

We'll them follow the distance of the seawall, under the Lions Gate Bridge, and past Third Beach until we return to Second Beach.

The total we will run on this day is about 8km.

With all of the marine life spotted recently in English Bay, maybe we'll get lucky and see something interesting - but we are sure to see nesting swans, lots of other bird and animals living in the park, maybe racoon, maybe seals...
