Itinerary:
2.9km, 853m - NATURE'S STAIRMASTER

It's busy enough to be safe alone, but then who would you share refreshments with at the top?

We will meet at the main gate for the trail - it's pretty well marked. I'll email with my 'hat-of-the-day'.

The trail starts just east of the main Grouse Mountain Lodge, and base of the gondola.
We'll follow the trail as per the signs - following the marked pathways and stairs to the top.
We'll stop for few viewpoints, and rest breaks, and briefly at the top of the trail end. People are free to travel at whatever pace they wish, and we can regroup at the end, but for those that are less concerned about how fast they can do it and just happy to be out there - we can hike together in a group.

If there's interest, we'll go in for some refreshments.

The trail is well travelled, so sneakers are okay, but trail shoes or hikers are better. (NO street shoes & no jeans). Please bring water.

Although we can split as people adjust to their own pace, this event is intended for those that want to improve fitness, it's not for the tourist pacers. (ei. not suitable for dawdlers). Please be fair about your ability, because if you are significantly slow, you may end up causing unnecessary worry for the group.
