Itinerary:
9km, 720m elevation gain.

Good cardio without the crowds of the Grind. It's less steep than the Grind, but still a good elevation and well maintained trail and .

The hike starts along the same trail as the Lynn Loop but forks out and up past an early bridge. We'll follow the signs, and enjoy the views along the way, moving at a steady moderate pace to the top.

We'll stop for lunch here, and then head back at a leisurely pace.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:From the Hwy #1, West of the Iron Workers Memorial Bridge, take Lynn Canyon Exit, and follow Lynn Valley Rd all the way to the end.
You will pass the mall, and when the road turn left at the end, continue instead straight through past the gate on the narrow road to the end.

park in any lot and meet at the north end of the north parking lot, before crossing the bridge.

be aware that the bus will drop you off at the top of Lynn Valley Rd, and you will have to walk the gravel road that goes north past a couple of parking lots before you reach the meeting point.
