What it costs...
It doesn't cost anything to join the Vancouver Regional Outdoor Club and there are no yearly membership fees.
We do ask for
voluntary donations for
many of our free events, which help us pay for things like web hosting, etc.
Any stipulations?
Currently the club only caters to adults. This means you must be 18 or
older to join. Some, but very few, events may allow for children; in
this case they may be signed up as your guest(s).
Before participating in club events, each member must read and sign
our waiver. The member waiver must be completed once for every
calendar year. At every event, each member will also be required to
sign an event waiver.
Non-members, guests and children must complete an event-specific
waiver. These waivers must be completed for every event attended.
You do not need to be a Vancouver resident to join!
We encourage anyone living in Vancouver and the surrounding region to join.
You do not need to be single to join!
The VROC is not a singles’ club. It is a club for everyone who wants to participate in our
events - whether they're single or involved.
The VROC reserves the right to remove any membership registration from our database
at any point in time, with or without warning or an explanation. We strongly encourage that you
do not falsify information in the registration process or your membership will be revoked.
Remember that membership is completely free, and in return for us giving that to you,
we appreciate you giving us accurate information.
